<p>Ingrediente :</p>
<p>4 oua</p>
<p>180 g zahar</p>
<p>80 ml ulei</p>
<p>200 g faina</p>
<p>1 pliculet praf de copt</p>
<p>1 lingurita rasa de bicarbonat de sodiu</p>
<p>3 mere de marime medie</p>
<p>nuci dupa gust</p>
<p>1 lingurita de scortisoara</p>
<p>1 lingura de zahar</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Batem ouale cu zaharul pana obtinem un amestec gros, apoi uleiul, iar la final faina cernuta amestecata cu praful de copt si bicarbonatul de sodiu.</p>
<p>Apoi curatam merele de coaja si le razuim.</p>
<p>Stoarcem excesul de zeama si adaugam nucile, scortisoara si zaharul, amestecam.</p>
<p>Turnam jumatate din amestecul de aluat in forma (unsa cu unt), asezam merele si le acoperim cu amestecul ramas.</p>

<p>Coacem in cuptorul preincalzit la 160 de grade pentru aproximativ 30 de minute, dar verificam cu o scobitoare sa fim siguri.</p>
