<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Puneti stafidele intr-un castron si acoperiti-le cu apa clocotita.</p>
<p>Lasati-le sa se odihneasca 5-10 minute.</p>
<p>Apoi scurgeti apa si uscati stafidele cu prosoape de hartie.</p>
<p>Puneti branza de vaci in al doilea bol si adaugati galbenusuri, smantana si presarati 3 linguri de zahar granulat impreuna cu zahar vanilat.</p>
<p>Se presara si gris si se amesteca folosind un blender de imersie.</p>
<p>Adaugati stafidele, coaja de lamaie in amestecul de cas si amestecati totul bine.</p>

<p>Intr-un recipient separat, bateti albusurile spuma pana se formeaza varfuri tari si amesteca-le usor in amestecul de cas.</p>

<p>Ungeti bine tava cu unt si intindeti uniform amestecul pregatit in ea.</p>
<p>Se netezeste suprafata amestecului cu o spatula pentru aluat.</p>
<p>Apoi puneti forma la cuptor si coaceti la 180 °C timp de 30-40 de minute, pana cand suprafata cheesecake-ului incepe sa devina aurie.</p>

<p>Lasati cheesecake-ul copt sa se raceasca si apoi scoateti-l din forma.</p>
