<p>Ingrediente pentru umplutura:</p>
<p>mere &#8211; 2 buc.;</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 2 linguri;</p>
<p>gem &#8211; 1 lingura;</p>
<p>unt &#8211; 1 lingura.</p>

<p>Prepararea placintelor cu mere:</p>
<p>Puneti sare si zahar intr-un castron cu chefir, adaugati oul, adaugati praf de copt si amestecati bine.</p>
<p>Se adauga faina in amestec si se framanta intr-un aluat moale, usor lipicios.</p>
<p>Se toarna ulei vegetal in aluat si se continua framantarea.</p>
<p>Lasati aluatul sub prosop 15 minute.</p>
<p>Intre timp, tocati marunt merele si indepartati coaja si semintele.</p>
<p>Puneti merele intr-o tigaie impreuna cu zaharul, untul si dulceata.</p>
<p>Caliti merele pana se caramelizeaza.</p>

<p>Apoi, transferati umplutura intr-un bol separat pana se raceste.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul in 8 parti egale si formati bile.</p>
<p>Intindeti in foi mici si plate si puneti umplutura pe jumatate.</p>
<p>Acoperiti umplutura cu cealalta jumatate de aluat si sigilati marginile.</p>

<p>Marginile pot fi sigilate cu o furculita.</p>
<p>Intr-o tigaie in ulei vegetal, prajiti placintele pana se rumenesc pe ambele parti.</p>
