<p>Ingrediente pentru 15- 18 buc.:</p>

<p>100 ml lapte</p>
<p>100 ml apa</p>
<p>18 g drojdie proaspata (sau 6 g drojdie uscata)</p>
<p>4 galbenusuri</p>
<p>110 g unt</p>
<p>80 g zahar</p>
<p>1 lingura sare</p>
<p>2 lingurite zahar vanilat</p>
<p>+ 20 g unt pentru a unge aluatul</p>
<p>+ zahar pudra pentru decor.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Untul trebuie topit si racit.</p>
<p>Amestec laptele cu apa si dizolv drojdia in lichid.</p>
<p>Combin galbenusurile cu zaharul si zaharul vanilat.</p>
<p>Bateti cu un mixer timp de cateva minute pana cand amestecul devine usor si pufos.</p>
<p>Adaugati sare si unt racit si amestecati.</p>
<p>Adaugam si drojdia.</p>
<p>Adaug faina si framant aluatul.</p>
<p>Framantati-l timp de 5 minute sau pana cand va deveni mai dens.</p>
<p>Daca aluatul este lipicios in aceasta etapa, puteti adauga putina faina.</p>
<p>Intregul proces de framantare dureaza 10- 15 minute; aluatul poate fi framantat si cu un mixer electric.</p>
<p>Se pune intr-un bol, se acopera si se lasa la dospit 1,5 ore.</p>
<p>Framant aluatul finit si il dau la frigider pentru 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Acest lucru va usura formarea chiflelor.</p>
<p>Am impartit aluatul racit in 2 jumatati.</p>

<p>Deocamdata o dau o jumatate la frigider, iar pe a doua o rulez intr-un strat de 5- 7 mm grosime, aproximativ 30*30.</p>
<p>Ung cu un strat subtire de unt.</p>

<p>Am taiat fasii de 3-3,5 cm grosime.</p>
<p>Rulez fiecare fasie intr-un melc.</p>

<p>Le asez pe o tava de copt tapetata cu hartie de copt.</p>

<p>Se presara cu zahar pudra, se acopera si se lasa la crescut 45-60 de minute.</p>

<p>Preincalzesc cuptorul la 190°C.</p>

<p>Am pus chiflele in el.</p>
<p>Coacem 20- 25 de minute, pana se rumenesc usor.</p>
<p>Le las sa se raceasca 1- 2 minute si le stropesc generos cu zahar pudra.</p>

<p>Chiflele s-au dovedit a fi foarte moi, cu o crusta crocanta si aerisite, stratificate in interior.</p>
