<p>Ulei de floarea soarelui 2 linguri</p>
<p>Faina de grau 290 g</p>
<p>Praf de copt 10 g</p>
<p>Nuci 100 g</p>
<p>Unt 50 g</p>
<p>Zahar pudra 1 lingura</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Amestecati branza de vaci cu 2 oua, zahar vanilat, 70 g zahar obisnuit si sare.</p>
<p>Amestecati ingredientele intr-un blender pana cand zaharul este complet dizolvat.</p>
<p>Cerneti faina cu praful de copt in masa de branza, adaugati ulei de floarea soarelui si framantati un aluat moale.</p>
<p>Pudrati suprafata de lucru si aluatul cu faina ramasa.</p>
<p>Formati bile.</p>
<p>Intindeti fiecare minge intr-o foaie.</p>
<p>Taiati nucile in firimituri.</p>
<p>Adaugati untul si zaharul, macinati ingredientele intr-o masa omogena.</p>
<p>Intindeti umplutura uniform pe fiecare strat de aluat, infasurati aluatul in 3 straturi.</p>

<p>Taiati fiecare bucata de aluat in 8 fasii si rasuciti.</p>

<p>Tapetati o tava cu hartie de copt si intindeti chiflele, ungeti-le cu ou.</p>
<p>Coacem in cuptorul preincalzit la 180-190°C pentru aproximativ 20 de minute.</p>
<p>Se presara chiflele cu zahar pudra si se servesc!</p>
