<p>Coriandru 1 praf</p>
<p>Piper negru (macinat) si sare dupa gust</p>
<p>Carne tocata de porc 500 g</p>
<p>Smantana 5 linguri</p>
<p>Piure de rosii o conserva</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Taiati ceapa cubulete mici, dati morcovii prin razatoare: o jumatate pentru chiftelute, cealalta pentru sos.</p>
<p>Caliti legumele pentru chiftele pana se inmoaie.</p>

<p>Se adauga varza tocata marunt, se fierbe timp de 20 de minute.</p>
<p>Adaugati coriandru si piper.</p>
<p>Adaugati ceapa si morcovii la carnea tocata, amestecati si sare dupa gust.</p>

<p>Apoi se adauga usturoiul ras, se amesteca pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Formati chiftele si prajiti la foc iute timp de cateva minute pe fiecare parte pana se rumenesc.</p>

<p>Se fierbe restul de ceapa si morcovi, se adauga piure de rosii, sare si piper.</p>
<p>Se toarna smantana, se amesteca si se fierbe timp de cateva minute.</p>
<p>Punem chiftelele intr-o forma, turnand deasupra sos cu smantana.</p>
<p>Se pune la copt la 190 de grade timp de aproximativ 35 de minute.</p>
