<h3>Mod de preparare a ciolanului de porc in bere neagra:</h3>
<p>Asezati ciolanul de porc intr-o oala adanca, turnati berea, puneti-o pe foc si aduceti la fierbere, indepartati spuma.</p>
<p>Reduceti flacara, adaugati ceapa curatata, morcovii (ii puteti taia in jumatate pe lungime), cateii de usturoi si condimentele, fierbeti timp de 2 ore sub capac, la foc mic, intorcand periodic ciolanul. Cu 30 de minute inainte de finalul gatirii, adaugati sare.</p>
<p>Puneti la fiert cartofi taiati in jumatati sau cum va place. Ii lasati sa clocoteasca si ii scoateti. Nu trebuie sa fie fierti complet.</p>
<p>Scoateti ciolanul din oala si lasati-l sa se usuce usor (puteti sterge cu servetele de hartie).</p>
<p>Pregatiti un sos pe baza de suc de rosii: adaugati miere si sos de soia la 200 ml de suc de rosii (temperatura sucului 40 de grade Celsius), amestecati.</p>
<p>Asezati ciolanul in cuptorul preincalzit la 160 de grade Celsius, turnati sosul, asezati carofii si coaceti timp de 30 de minute. La fiecare 5 minute, turnati sosul peste ciolan. Pentru a se coace uniform, puteti intoarce ciolanul &#8211; astfel, pe intreaga suprafata, va rezulta o crusta rumena frumoasa.</p>
