<p>Apa calda &#8211; 500 ml.</p>

<p>Faina &#8211; 300 g.</p>
<p>Praf de copt &#8211; 1/2 lingurita</p>
<p>Zahar &#8211; 2 linguri.</p>
<p>Sare &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>Ulei vegetal &#8211; 2 linguri.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se fierbe apa intr-un ceainic si se raceste putin. Scoateti ouale din frigider in prealabil si verificati daca sunt proaspete, scufundandu-le in apa rece. Daca ouale stau pe fund si nu plutesc, acestea sunt proaspete.</p>
<p>Spargeti ouale intr-un castron adanc, adaugati zahar si sare. Bateti cu un mixer pana obtienti o spuma.</p>
<p>Cernem faina impreuna cu praful de copt. Praful de copt poate fi inlocuit cu bicarbonat de sodiu slabit cu suc de lamaie.</p>
<p>Amestecati aluatul. Se va dovedi a fi foarte gros. Se toarna treptat toata apa intr-un jet subtire, amestecand constant cu un tel. Adaugati ulei vegetal la sfarsit.</p>
<p>Ungeti o tigaie si incalziti la foc moderat. Luati aluatul cu un polonic, turnati in centru si distribuiti-l in tigaie, inclinand in directii diferite.</p>
<p>Cand vedeti ca nu exista lichid pe suprafata clatitei, o puteti scoate, nu este nevoie de o crusta foarte prajita.</p>
<p>Pe de alta parte, prajiti clatita timp de aproximativ un minut, nu dureaza mai mult, deoarece marginile vor deveni prea fragile. Dar daca doriti clatite-le crocante, lasati-le mai mult.</p>
<p>Clatitele gata pot fi umplute cu ciocolata topita sau gem. Le puteti plia in triunghiuri imediat. Lapte condensat, frisca, miere, gem &#8211; toate acestea vor completa perfect clatitele subtiri cu apa.</p>
