<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Batem ouale intr-un castron adanc, adaugam zaharul si batem bine cu telul.</p>
<p>Adaugam ulei si adaugam smantana, faina plata si amestecam pana se omogenizeaza, puteti folosi o lingura de lemn pentru ca acum aluatul va fi mai gros.</p>

<p>La final, adaugati apa carbogazoasa si folositi din nou un tel pentru a amesteca, aluatul va fi acum lichid.</p>
<p>Puneti o tigaie pe plita si ungeti fundul cu ulei de floarea soarelui.</p>
<p>Prajiti pana devine aurie la foc mediu pe ambele parti.</p>

<p>Pot fi servite in mod traditional cu dulceata , dar pot fi si pliate in jumatate pentru a forma triunghiuri.</p>
<p>Le puteti decora cu o lingura de inghetata de vanilie si o frunza de menta, stropiti cu ciocolata neagra rasa.</p>
<p>Copiii vor aprecia cu siguranta combinatia cu nutella sau alune crude tartinate cu ulei de cocos.</p>
<p>Fructele proaspete, nucile si stafidele sunt de asemenea bune.</p>
<p>Se pot indulci si cu zahar pudra sau cu o picatura de sirop de artar.</p>
<p>Adultii pot unge clatitele cu un amestec de zahar si rom.</p>
