<p>Astazi va propun un alt fel de mancare cu dovlecei &#8211; clatite luxuriante, care sunt foarte fragede si apetisante. Aceste clatite nu sunt dulci, asa ca pot fi servite in loc de paine cu primele feluri. Si daca adaugati smantana la clatite, acestea vor deveni un mic dejun sau o cina excelenta.</p>

<p>Dovlecel &#8211; 480 g</p>
<p>Chefir &#8211; 150 ml</p>
<p>Faina &#8211; 300 g</p>
<p>Ou &#8211; 1 buc.</p>
<p>Praf de copt &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>Sare dupa gust</p>
<p>Piper negru macinat &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>Ulei vegetal &#8211; 30 ml (2 linguri)</p>
<p>Reteta foto pas cu pas &#8211; Clatite pufoase cu dovlecel</p>
<p>Pregatim toate produsele necesare.</p>

<p>Spalam dovlecelul, taiem capetele Taiem dovlecelul in bucati mici.</p>

<p>Punem dovleceii intr-un blender, adaugam chefirul.</p>

<p>Se macina dovlecelul impreuna cu chefirul pana la omogenizare.</p>

<p>Mutam amestecul rezultat intr-un castron, punem si oul.</p>

<p>De asemenea, adaugam sare, piper macinat si praful de copt.</p>

<p>Amestecam.</p>

<p>Adaugam treptat faina, amestem aluatul. Este posibil sa aveti nevoie de mai multa faina sau mai putina (in functie de suculenta dovleceilor si de calitatea fainii).</p>

<p>Aluatul trebuie sa fie la fel de gros ca la clatitele obisnuite.</p>

<p>Incingem o tigaie cu putin ulei vegetal. Cu o lingura, intindem aluatul in tigaie (aproximativ o lingura fiecare).</p>

<p>Prajim clatitele la foc mediu timp de 1,5-2 minute pe fiecare parte, pana se rumenesc. Astfel, prajim toate clatitele, adaugand ulei vegetal la nevoie.</p>

<p>Transferam clatitele de dovlecei prajite pe o farfurie si servim.</p>
