<p>200 g ciocolata alba</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>

<p>Mixam foarte bine branza de vaci pana obtinem o pasta.</p>
<p>Punem frisca la incalzit, nu o fierbem.</p>
<p>Punem frisca incalzita peste ciocolata facuta cubulete si amestecam pana obtinem o crema,</p>
<p>Mixam cele doua mase, pasta de branza si frisca cu ciocolata pana obtinem consistenta dorita.</p>

<p>Punem jumatate din ciocolata abla si mixam si apoi punem restul.</p>
