<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Turnati laptele intr-o oala si asezati-l pe aragaz.</p>
<p>Se pune la fiert la foc mediu.</p>
<p>Cand spuma incepe sa se formeze la suprafata, adaugati o suta de grame de zahar si 30 de grame de zahar vanilat, amestecand constant si adaugati treptat grisul masurat in portii mai mici.</p>
<p>Amestecati fiecare doza in lapte foarte bine inainte de a o adauga pe urmatoarea.</p>
<p>Aveti grija sa nu formati bulgari in masa. Chiar daca se formeaza la inceput, cu cat amestecati mai mult cu atat vor disparea.</p>
<p>Dati focul la putere minima si continuati sa gatiti cu agitare continua pana cand obtineti o structura densa si omogena.</p>
<p>Apoi opriti focul si scoateti oala din aragaz.</p>
<p>Puneti untul, pe care l-ati inmuiat anterior la temperatura camerei, intr-un castron separat.</p>
<p>Apoi bateti-l intr-o spuma neteda cu un batator electric.</p>
<p>Cand este frumos moale, adaugati treptat grisul gatit in lapte si amestecati foarte bine.</p>
<p>Taiati lamaia pe jumatate si stoarceti sucul din jumatate, adaugati-l in crema de gris si amestecati mai departe pana cand sucul se combina perfect cu masa.</p>
<p>Cand ati terminat, lasati crema sa se raceasca apoi puneti vasul cu crema in frigider si lasati-l aproximativ o ora.</p>
