<p>3 linguri zahar granulat</p>
<p>4 linguri ulei</p>
<p>500 g de faina</p>
<p>1 lingura sare</p>
<p>40 g unt (topit)</p>
<p>2 linguri amidon de porumb</p>
<p>ciocolata sau gem pentru umplutura</p>
<p>zahar pudra pentru decor</p>
<p>galbenus + 1 lingura de lapte pentru uns</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Intr-un bol adaug laptele caldut, drojdia, zaharul vanilat si zaharul, amestecam.</p>
<p>Apoi adaug uleiul si albusul.</p>
<p>Adaug faina si sare, framant aluatul, acoper cu folie alimentara si las la odihnit 1 ora.</p>
<p>Formez bile din aluat.</p>
<p>Rulati bilele in straturi.</p>

<p>Ung primul strat cu unt topit la temperatura camerei si stropesc cu amidon.</p>
<p>Am pus al doilea strat deasupra si repet acelasi lucru cu unt si amidon.</p>

<p>Asa ca am pus toate straturile impreuna, unul peste celalalt.</p>
<p>Mai intai apas toate straturile cu mainile.</p>
<p>Intindeti foile intr-un strat mai mare, uniform.</p>
<p>L-am taiat in 16 triunghiuri si fac o mica incizie deasupra fiecaruia la mijloc.</p>
