<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Ou &#8211; 1 bucata;</p>
<p>Chefir &#8211; 200 ml;</p>
<p>Lapte &#8211; 200 ml;</p>
<p>Sare &#8211; 0,5 lingurita;</p>
<p>Ulei vegetal &#8211; 50 ml;</p>
<p>Cascaval &#8211; 100 g;</p>
<p>Ceapa verde &#8211; 1 legatura;</p>
<p>Faina &#8211; 200 g;</p>
<p>Bicarbonat de sodiu &#8211; 0,5 lingurita</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Intr-un castron adauga oul, laptele, chefirul, uleiul si sarea.</p>
<p>Amestecati bine toate ingredientele cu un tel.</p>

<p>Dam cascavalul pe o razatoare grosiera si tocam marunt ceapa verde, trimitem componentele la masa principala.</p>
<p>Se toarna faina si bicarbonatul in vasul cu amestecul de oua, se uniformizeaza masa, scapand de cocoloase.</p>
<p>Ungeti tigaia incalzita cu ulei vegetal, intindeti aluatul pe suprafata intr-un strat mic, acoperiti complet fundul tigaii.</p>

<p>Prajiti clatitele la foc mediu sub capac pe ambele parti pana obtineti o culoare aurie.</p>
