<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Curatati mai intai cartofii fierti si apoi dati-i pe razatoare.</p>
<p>Creati din cartofii faramati cuiburi suficient de mari, in care va fi introdusa umplutura de carne.</p>
<p>Le punem pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Umplutura pentru cuiburi este usor de pregatit.</p>
<p>Baza este carnea tocata, care poate fi carne de porc, de vita, dar poate fi si un mix.</p>

<p>Adaugati oul in carnea pregatita si condimentati-o cu sare si piper.</p>
<p>Procesati bine carnea si adaugati ceapa tocata marunt.</p>
<p>In acest moment, este gata sa o punem in cuiburile de cartofi.</p>
<p>Si totusi astfel incat forma cuibului sa fie pastrata.</p>
<p>Al treilea ingredient care intra in fiecare cuib este un amestec de smantana.</p>
<p>Aceasta este baza la care se adauga branza rasa.</p>
<p>Ideal este sa o dati pe o razatoare fina.</p>
<p>La crema se adauga si mararul tocat marunt si se amesteca.</p>
<p>Se adauga si putin lapte pentru a crea un amestec cu consistenta necesara.</p>
<p>Ulterior, in fiecare cuib se pune aproximativ o lingura din acest amestec.</p>

<p>Ultima faza este coacerea.</p>
<p>Tava se pune in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade Celsius.</p>
<p>La aceasta temperatura, totul se coace aproximativ 35 de minute.</p>
<p>Este important ca si carnea sa fie suficient de fiarta, astfel incat amestecul de branza si smantana sa fie usor auriu, dar sa nu fie ars.</p>
<p>In acest fel cuiburile de cartofi cu carne tocata sunt gata.</p>
<p>O garnitura ideala este o salata usoara de legume.</p>
