<p>Aceasta este una dintre vechile retete de carne tocata cu branza. Se dovedeste a fi un preparat suculent, foarte satisfacator si aromat.</p>
<p>Pentru gatit, aveti nevoie de urmatoarele ingrediente:</p>

<p>&#8211; ceapa, 1 bucata;</p>
<p>&#8211; lapte, 150 ml;</p>
<p>&#8211; usturoi, 5 buc;</p>
<p>&#8211; paine alba, cateva felii;</p>
<p>&#8211; sare, piper, condimente;</p>
<p>&#8211; smantana grasa, 200 g;</p>
<p>&#8211; branza, 200 g;</p>
<p>&#8211; marar.</p>
<p>Procesul de gatit:</p>
<p>Inmuiati painea in putin lapte si stoarceti-o dupa 5 minute.</p>
<p>Se amesteca ambele tipuri de carne tocata, sare si piper dupa gust. Puteti adauga, de asemenea, alte mirodenii.</p>
<p>Ceapa se toaca marunt sau se toaca cu un blender si se adauga la carnea tocata impreuna cu usturoiul tocat si painea.</p>

<p>Pentru umplutura, combinati branza rasa si smantana, mararul si 2 oua intr-o masa omogena.</p>

<p>Acoperiti tava cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Facem chiftele mari din carne tocata (ca un mar) si le punem intr-o tava.</p>

<p>Cu ajutorul unui pahar, facem o gaura in fiecare chiftea in care intindem umplutura cu branza.</p>

<p>Preincalziti cuptorul la 200 de grade si coaceti pentru aproximativ 30 &#8211; 40 de minute.</p>
