<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se amesteca cacao cu zahar, apoi se adauga lapte si se fierbe.</p>
<p>Cand fierbe, se scoate de pe aragaz, se raceste usor si se adauga unt.</p>
<p>Se lasa sa se ingroase 40 de minute.</p>
<p>Adaugati nuci, daca doriti.</p>
<p>Glazura de ciocolata este gata.</p>
<p>O alta reteta asemanatoare:</p>
<p>Majoritatea torturilor au nevoie si de glazura. Eu m-am saturat de topit ciocolata, de aceea am facut aceasta reteta foarte simpla si mai sanatoasa.</p>
<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>100 g cacao</p>
<p>50 ml smantana sau lapte</p>
<p>2 linguri zahar pudra</p>
<p>50 g unt</p>
<p>Daca doriti, puteti adauga zahar vanilat sau esenta de vanilie, scortisoara, nuci, caise uscate si stafide.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>1) Incalziti smantana la o temperatura moderata.</p>
<p>2) Adaugati unt si zahar, continuati sa dizolvati.</p>
<p>3) Adaugati cacao si amestecati pana cand totul este combinat. Nu trebuie sa fiarba.</p>
<p>4) Se toarna amestecul caldut peste torturi.</p>
<p>O alta reteta de glazura:</p>
<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Lapte – 100-150 ml</p>

<p>Zahar – 3 linguri</p>
<p>Cacao – 3 linguri</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Punem praful de cacao intr-un bol, adaugam zaharul, jumatate din cantitatea de lapte si uleiul.</p>
<p>Amestecam cu un mixer pana cand obtinem o crema tare. Trebuie sa fie bine inchegata.</p>
<p>Lasam sa stea cateva minute si apoi incepem sa mixam din nou, adaugand restul de lapte incet.</p>
<p>Daca doriti ca glazura sa fie mai subtire, adaugati mai mult lapte.</p>
<p>Pueteti adauga si esenta dupa gust.</p>
<p>Glazura este gata. O puteti folosi pentru diverse torturi si prajituri. Se face foarte usor si cu numai 4 ingrediente.</p>
<p>Distribuiti si prietenilor daca v-a placut sau daca vi s-a paurt utila aceasta reteta.</p>
