<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Gris 3 linguri</p>
<p>Lapte 400 ml</p>
<p>Oua 1 buc.</p>
<p>Unt 100 g</p>
<p>Zahar 2 linguri</p>
<p>Amidon de porumb 1 lingurita</p>
<p>Sare 1 praf</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Transferati laptele intr-o cratita si aduceti la fierbere.</p>
<p>Se condimenteaza cu sare, apoi se adauga grisul intr-un jet subtire, amestecand constant terciul cu un tel.</p>
<p>Gatiti 3-5 minute la foc mic pana se ingroasa.</p>
<p>Adaugati unt la temperatura camerei, oul, zaharul si amidonul in terciul fierbinte.</p>
<p>Se amesteca bine cu un tel, sau mai bine, se bat cu un mixer.</p>
<p>Apoi consistenta va fi mai aerisita.</p>
<p>Ungeti un vas de copt cu unt si intindeti amestecul, neteziti bine.</p>
<p>Pentru o budinca inalta, utilizati o tava mai mica si adanca.</p>

<p>Preincalziti cuptorul la 180 de grade si coaceti budinca timp de 30-40 de minute.</p>
<p>Scoateti din cuptor cand devine aurie.</p>
<p>Daca doriti, puteti decora caserola de gris cu ciocolata, fructe de padure sau zahar pudra.</p>
<p>Alaturi de budinca am pus pe masa smantana, miere si dulceata.</p>
