<p>4 linguri faina</p>
<p>10 linguri zahar</p>
<p>1 plic zahar vanilat</p>
<p>Pentru servit:</p>
<p>150 g zahar pudra</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>1. Faina cu 100 ml lapte se amesteca si se lasa deoparte. Restul laptelui impreuna cu ouale, zaharul si zaharul vanilinat se pun pe foc, amestecand continuu.</p>
<p>2. Cand fierbe, se pune compozitia de faina cu lapte si se continua fierberea amestecand continuu. Este gata cand se obtine o crema groasa.<br />
Se lasa sa se raceasca si apoi se mixeaza pentru a obtine o crema foarte fina.</p>
<p>3. In tava de aragaz se asaza o prima foaie, se toarna crema care se intinde cu o spatula sau cu un cutit cu lama groasa, apoi se toarna frisca bine batuta, se niveleaza, se acopera cu o alta foaie si se da la rece de pe o zi pe alta.</p>
<p>4. Se taie cu un cutit foarte bine ascutit si se serveste presarata cu zahar pudra din abundenta.</p>
<p>Citeste si: Asa prajitura cu dulceata iti zic sigur ca nu ai mai gustat pana acum! Daca ai sti ce simpla si economica e retetaIngrediente:</p>
<p>500 g de faina</p>
<p>95 ml de ulei</p>
<p>4 oua</p>
<p>250 g de zahar</p>
<p>1.5 pahare de dulceata</p>
<p>½ de lingurita de sare</p>
<p>230 ml de lapte</p>
<p>6 lingurite de praf de copt</p>
<p>1 plicuri zahar vanilinat</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>1. Bate bine ouale, cu un telul, ca sa obtii o spuma. Amestec-o cu vanilia si cu sarea.</p>
<p>2. Adauga treptat zaharul. Continua sa mixezi pana cand zaharul e dizolvat complet. </p>
<p>3. In momentul in care spuma devine alba si creste in volum, incorporeaza in ea uleiul si laptele. Nu uita sa amesteci continuu cu telul.</p>
<p>4. Adauga usor faina cernuta si amestecata in prealabil cu praful de copt. Daca ti se pare ca e prea lichid aluatul, mai pune niste faina.</p>
<p>5. Tapeteaza o tava cu hartie de copt, unge-o cu foarte putin ulei si presoara in ea faina.</p>
<p>6. Toarna in tava jumatate din aluat, agita usor, ca sa se aseze bine, apoi acopera-l cu dulceata cat mai uniform.</p>
<p>7. La final pune si a doua parte de aluat.</p>
<p>8. Baga tava in cuptorul incins la 180 de grade Celsius. Dupa 15 minute micsoreaza temperatura la 160 de grade Celsius.</p>
<p>Prajitura e gata dupa vreo 40-45 de minute sau cand trece testul cu scobitoarea.</p>
<p>Serveste-o cu zahar pudra.</p>
