<p>frisca lichida sau smantana 33% &#8211; 250 ml.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Taiati lamaile in jumatate, stoarceti tot sucul din pulpa.</p>
<p>Turnati zahar granulat si amidon de porumb in sucul de lamaie, bateti pana cand componentele se dizolva.</p>
<p>Se toarna sucul de lamaie intr-o cratita, se fierbe la foc mic pana se ingroasa.</p>
<p>Nu uitati sa amestecati constant.</p>
<p>Transferati samestecul intr-un bol si puneti-l la frigider.</p>

<p>In acest moment, trebuie sa bateti frisca lichida sau smantana pana se ingroasa.</p>
<p>Apoi, trebuie sa bateti masa de lamaie pana la albire.</p>
<p>Adaugati treptat sucul de lamaie in crema, bateti cu un mixer.</p>

<p>Crema rezultata trebuie transferata intr-o punga de patiserie.</p>
