<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Cerneti faina, praful de copt si praful de cacao intr-un castron adanc.</p>
<p>Separati ouale in galbenusuri si albusuri.</p>
<p>Bateti 150 g de unt moale.</p>
<p>Apoi, in timp ce continuati sa bateti, adaugati treptat zaharul pudra.</p>
<p>Introduceti cate un galbenus, amestecand cu un mixer.</p>
<p>Separat, bateti albusurile spuma cu zaharul pudra pana se formeaza varfuri tari.</p>
<p>Introduceti treptat proteinele in masa de galbenus si amestecati.</p>
<p>Se toarna amestecul uscat de ingrediente in portii si se framanta aluatul.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul finit in doua parti si coaceti doua blaturi in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade.</p>
<p>Coaceti o jumatate de ora.</p>
<p>Se raceste si se taie fiecare blat in doua.</p>
<p>Se toarna grisul in lapte intr-un jet subtire si se fierbe, amestecand, pana se ingroasa.</p>
<p>Adaugati zahar, amestecati pana se dizolva.</p>
<p>Se ia crema de pe foc si se da la frigider.</p>
<p>Radeti coaja de lamaie, stoarceti sucul.</p>
<p>Trimite totul la umplutura si amestecati.</p>
<p>Combinati untul ramas cu crema si bateti pana devine pufoasa.</p>
<p>Ungeti blaturile cu crema si formati o prajitura, asigurati-va ca o acoperiti pe toate partile.</p>
<p>Trimiteti la racit la frigider peste noapte.</p>
<p>Pentru un gust mai bogat, incercati sa adaugati in crema cirese sau alte fructe din compot.</p>
<p>Decorati blatul desertul dupa cum doriti: cirese la conserva, bucati de ciocolata.</p>
