<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>150 g de faina,</p>
<p>225 g faina de porumb sau malai fin,</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita praf de copt</p>
<p>sare,</p>
<p>100 g unt</p>
<p>100 g zahar,</p>
<p>2 oua,</p>
<p>200 ml iaurt sau chefir</p>
<p>unt pentru a unge tava de copt.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Puneti intr-un castron ambele tipuri de faina, sarea si praful de copt. Amestecati-le cu un tel pana se combina.</p>
<p>Puneti zaharul in untul topit. Amestecati pana se combina si adaugati cele doua oua. Amestecati din nou.</p>
<p>Adaugati si iaurtul sau chefirul si amestecati bine.</p>
<p>Adaugati apoi ingredientele uscate si amestecati bine.</p>
<p>Puneti amestecul intr-o tava pe care ati uns-o cu unt in prealabil.</p>

<p>Intindeti amestecul uniform si dati tava la cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade pentru 35-40 de minute.</p>
