<li>300 g capsuni bucati</li>
<li>2 linguri zahar</li>
<li>1 lingura amidon de porumb</li>
<li>2 linguri pudra de jeleu sau budinca de capsuni</li>
<li>1 lingurita suc de lamaie</li>

<p class="isSelectedEnd">1ï¸â£ Inmoaie piscoturile in suc de portocale si aseaza-le intr-o forma tapetata cu folie alimentara.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">2ï¸â£ Mixeaza frisca cu aroma de portocale, apoi adauga mascarpone si amesteca pana obtii o crema pufoasa.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">3ï¸â£ Pune jumatate din crema peste primul strat de piscoturi.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">4ï¸â£ Adauga un nou strat de piscoturi, apoi restul de crema si inca un strat deasupra.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">5ï¸â£ Acopera desertul si lasa-l la frigider minim 6 ore sau peste noapte.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">ð Glazura:<br />
6ï¸â£ Mixeaza 200 g capsuni, apoi amesteca-le cu zaharul, amidonul si pudra de jeleu.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">7ï¸â£ Fierbe 2–3 minute pana se ingroasa.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">8ï¸â£ Adauga restul capsunilor si sucul de lamaie, apoi mai gateste 2 minute.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">9ï¸â£ Lasa glazura sa se raceasca.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">ð Rastoarna desertul pe un platou si acopera-l cu glazura de capsuni.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">âï¸ Pune din nou la frigider pentru cateva minute.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">⨠Decor:<br />
Se poate servi cu frunze de menta sau capsuni proaspete.</p>
