<p>&#8211; 6 linguri faina</p>
<p>-o lingura praf de copt.</p>
<p>Crema:</p>
<p>&#8211; 500 g crema de branza</p>
<p>&#8211; Coaja de lamaie</p>
<p>&#8211; 200 g zahar</p>
<p>&#8211; 1 vanilie</p>
<p>Glazura:</p>
<p>&#8211; 750 ml suc de portocale carbogazos</p>
<p>-4 linguri zahar</p>
<p>&#8211; 2 pliculete zahar vailat</p>
<p>-1 pliculet gelatina.</p>

<p>Prepararea tortului:</p>
<p>1. Bateti ingredientele pentru blat cu un mixer.</p>
<p>2. Asezati hartie de copt intr-o tavade 25 x 35 cm si intindeti aluatul. Coaceti blatul la 180 de grade timp de aproximativ o jumatate de ora.</p>
<p>Crema de branza:</p>
<p>3. Bateti branza cu zaharul, coaja de lamaie. Daca doriti puteti adauga si o mana de stafide.</p>
<p>4. Dupa ce blatul s-a racit, se adauga crema de branza si se pune la frigider.</p>
<p>Glazura:</p>
<p>5. Incalziti sucul cu zaharul si zaharul vanilat. Se adauga gelatina preparata conform instructiunilor de pe spatele pliculetului si amestecam pana devine cremoasa.</p>
<p>6. Lasati amestecul sa se raceasca si acoperiti tortul cu glazura.</p>
<p>Daca doriti, savurati tortul cu sirop (100 ml apa si 1 lingura de zahar, gatiti la foc mic pana cand zaharul se topeste complet). Se adauga la tort dupa ce s-a racit.</p>
<p>O lata reteta care contine suc:</p>

<p>6 linguri zahăr</p>
<p>4 linguri făină</p>
<p>2 linguri cacao</p>
<p>100 ml ulei</p>
<p>1 plic praf de copt</p>
<p>un praf de sare</p>
<p>Ingrediente pentru cremă</p>
<p>500 g branza de vaci (am folosit Pilos)</p>
<p>200 g unt 82% grasime</p>
<p>200 g zahăr pudră</p>
<p>o fiolă esenÈă de vanilie</p>
<p>Ingrediente pentru glazură</p>
<p>2 plicuri budinca de vanilie</p>
<p>800 ml suc Santal de portocale</p>
<p>5 linguri zahăr</p>
<p>Cum se prepară?</p>
<p>Cum se prepară blatul?</p>
<p>Separam galbenusurile de albus. Mixam galbenusurile cu zaharul (1-2 minute), apoi adaugam uleiul si mixam in continuare. Adaugam faina amestecata cu cacaoa si praful de copt.</p>
<p>Batem albusurile spuma cu sare si le incorporam in compozitia de galbenusuri. Amestecam usor, cu miscari lente, de jos in sus.</p>
<p>Turnam compozitia intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt. Dam la cuptorul incalzit pentru cca 25 de minute la foc mediu. Facem testul cu scobitoarea. Il lasam la racit.</p>
<p>Crema: Mixam untul moale cu zaharul pudra pana devine spuma apoi adaugam branza si esenta si mixam in continuare. Intindem crema peste blatul racit si dam tava la frigider pentru cca 2 ore.</p>
<p>Cum se prepară glazura?</p>
<p>O preparam dupa indicatiile de pe plicul de budinca, doar ca in loc de lapte folosim cei 800 ml Fanta (Santal de portocale). Cand este putin calduta o turnam peste stratul de crema. Dupa doua ore de stat la frigider prajitura se poate portiona si servi.</p>
