<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Facem cicatrici cu furculita de-a lungul cojii dovlecelului.</p>
<p>Taiem tulpinile dovlecelului, apoi taiem pe lungime in felii de aproximativ 1 cm grosime.</p>
<p>Intindem feliile de dovlecel intr-o tava de copt, presaram cu sare si piper.</p>

<p>Lasati dovleceii sa stea cu sare pe ei timp de 20 de minute.</p>
<p>In acest moment, dati branza pe razatoarea fina.</p>
<p>Adaugati patrunjel uscat si boia de ardei in branza, spargeti ouale, amestecati ingredientele.</p>

<p>Se amesteca faina cu pesmet.</p>
<p>Scoateti lichidul din dovlecel cu ajutorul unor servetele.</p>
<p>Inmuiati feliile de dovlecel in amestecul de faina si pesmet, apoi in amestecul de branza.</p>

<p>Se incalzeste uleiul vegetal intr-o tigaie, se prajeste dovlecelul pe ambele parti pana se rumeneste sub capac timp de 4 minute.</p>
