<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Luati o furculita si faceti fante pe toata lungimea ambilor dovlecei pe toate partile.</p>

<p>Apoi stergeti-i pe amandoi si taiati ambele capete.</p>
<p>Apoi taiati dovlecelul in felii lungi si subtiri.</p>
<p>Puneti-le intr-un castron mare si asezonati cu sare si piper negru macinat.</p>
<p>Dupa amestecare, lasati-le sa stea cel putin 15- 20 minute.</p>
<p>Acum pregatiti aluatul de branza.</p>
<p>Raziti grosier branza tare si puneti-o intr-o farfurie mai adanca.</p>
<p>Adaugati patrunjel uscat, aboia si bateti oul.</p>
<p>Se amesteca totul bine cu o furculita.</p>
<p>Intr-o alta farfurie, amestecati pesmetul cu faina simpla.</p>
<p>Se incalzeste o cantitate suficienta de ulei vegetal intr-o tigaie.</p>
<p>Ungeti intotdeauna feliile de dovlecel mai intai in faina simpla cu pesmet si apoi in aluat de branza.</p>

<p>Prajiti-le pe o parte timp de 4- 5 minute sub capac, la foc mic.</p>
<p>Apoi intoarceti-le si prajiti-le pe cealalta parte inca cinci minute.</p>
