<p>Piper negru macinat &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>Marar &#8211; 1 buchet</p>
<p>Branza feta &#8211; 170 g</p>
<p>Ulei vegetal &#8211; la nevoie</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se spala bine morcovul si dovlecelul, apoi se curata morcovul si se rade grosier.</p>
<p>Taiati dovleceii in cubulete cat mai mici, curatati ceapa de coaja si taiati-o marunt.</p>
<p>Incingeti o cantitate adecvata de ulei vegetal intr-o tigaie si incepeti sa prajiti ceapa in ea.</p>
<p>Se adauga apoi morcovul ras si, dupa ce am amestecat, se pune sare si se pipereaza tot amestecul.</p>
<p>La final adaugam dovlecelul in tigaie, amestecam totul din nou si prajim la foc mic.</p>
<p>Acoperiti amestecul cu un capac si lasati-l sa fiarba putin pana se inmoaie.</p>
<p>Se condimenteaza apoi cu piper negru macinat sau alte condimente dupa gust.</p>
<p>Spalati manunchiul de marar (sau alte ierburi proaspete la alegere) sub apa si tocati-l marunt.</p>
<p>Taiati branza in cuburi (daca nu va place, o puteti inlocui cu branza de vaci).</p>
<p>Pregatiti blenderul, puneti amestecul din tigaie in el, apoi adaugati cuburi de branza si marar tocat.</p>
<p>Amestecati pana la omogenizare si practic ati terminat.</p>
<p>Acum doar asteptati ca salata sa se raceasca in frigider si o puteti servi, ideal cu paine proaspata.</p>
