<p>Zahar 450 g</p>
<p>Acid de lamaie 5 linguri</p>
<p>Pectina 10 g</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Pregatiti ingredientele.</p>
<p>Clatiti bine strugurii si treceti printr-o masina de tocat carne.</p>
<p>Apoi, strecurati amestecul de struguri printr-un prosop de branza sau o strecuratoare pentru a scapa de piele, seminte si crengute suplimentare.</p>

<p>Adaugati zahar, amestecati bine.</p>
<p>Se pune sucul dulce la foc mediu si, amestecand din cand in cand, se aduce la fierbere.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati pectina si acid citric si fierbeti inca 10 minute.</p>

<p>Verificati consistenta.</p>
<p>Se toarna o lingura de dulceata intr-o farfurie si se raceste.</p>
<p>Daca dulceata este suficient de groasa, este gata, daca este prea subtire, gatiti mai mult.</p>
<p>Turnati dulceata clocotita in borcane sterile si rulati cu capace metalice.</p>
<p>Gata! Depozitati intr-un loc rece.</p>
