<p>Pentru crema:</p>
<p>lapte &#8211; 1 l</p>
<p>unt &#8211; 250 g</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 2 linguri</p>
<p>galbenusuri &#8211; 3 buc</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 150 g</p>
<p>budinca de vanilie &#8211; 2 pachete</p>
<p>aroma de rom &#8211; 2 linguri</p>
<p>crema de caramel sau crema de lapte condensat &#8211; 300 g</p>
<p>Pentru topping:</p>
<p>ciocolata de gatit &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>unt &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Mai intai, pregatiti aluatul de miere.</p>
<p>Cerneti toate ingredientele libere (faina, zaharul, bicarbonatul de sodiu) intr-un castron.</p>
<p>Adaugati ingrediente umede (rom, oua, galbenus de ou, miere si unt).</p>
<p>Faceti un aluat neted si lasati-l sa se odihneasca o jumatate de ora la frigider.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul in patru parti egale.</p>
<p>Rulati fiecare piesa intr-o foaie subtire.</p>
<p>Coaceti pe o foaie de copt tapetata cu hartie de copt, timp de 8 minute, intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 200 de grade si urmariti cu atentie pentru a nu se arde.</p>
<p>Lasati aluatul copt sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Intre timp, pregatiti crema.</p>
<p>Adaugati zahar, faina simpla, galbenusuri de ou si budinca de vanilie in lapte.</p>
<p>Aduceti amestecul la fierbere pentru a forma o crema groasa.</p>
<p>Trebuie sa se raceasca la temperatura camerei.</p>
<p>Bateti untul cu rom si adaugati treptat crema, bateti bine totul.</p>
<p>Pregatiti si crema de caramel.</p>
<p>Acum asamblati toate ingredientele. Incepeti cu prima foaie, ungeti jumatate din crema de vanilie.</p>

<p>Asezati cea de-a doua foaie si aplicati pe ea toata crema de caramel.</p>

<p>Apoi aplicati a treia foaie de aluat, aplicati restul de crema de vanilie si puneti ultima foaie.</p>
<p>Topiti ciocolata pentru gatit intr-o baie de apa pentru glazura.</p>
<p>Umpleti vasul pana la jumatate cu apa, puneti un castron pe el, astfel incat sa atinga usor suprafata apei.</p>
<p>Puneti ciocolata intr-un castron si amestecati, ciocolata se va topi.</p>
<p>Aveti grija ca apa sa nu inceapa sa fiarba. Adaugati o bucata de unt.</p>
<p>Apoi turnati glazura de ciocolata peste ultima foaie.</p>

<p>Taiati marginile incomplete si taiati prajitura in patrate.</p>
