<p>300 g zahar</p>
<p>jumatate de coaja rasa de lamaie</p>
<p>aroma de vanilie</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Ouale se amesteca bine cu iaurtul pentru a da o textura cremoasa.</p>
<p>Se presara zahar, se adauga vanilie si coaja de lamaie rasa.</p>
<p>Tapetati o tava de copt cu hartie si puneti o foaie de placinta in ea, aplicati jumatate din crema, puneti o alta foaie de placinta peste crema, aplicati restul de crema si puneti ultima foaia de placinta ramasa deasupra.</p>
<p>Puteti unge partea superioara cu un ou batut, dar este optional. Se gateste intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 180 de grade C in aproximativ 20 de minute. Cand foaia de sus capata un maro frumos, aceasta este gata.</p>
<p>O alta reteta care contine iaurt:</p>
<p>Ingrediente pentru aluat:</p>
<p>3 galbenusuri</p>
<p>80 g de unt</p>
<p>70 g zahar</p>
<p>1 lamaie rasa</p>
<p>200 g de faina</p>
<p>1 lingurita de praf de copt</p>
<p>Pentru crema:</p>
<p>3 albusuri</p>
<p>80 g zahar</p>
<p>400 g iaurt simplu</p>
<p>3 linguri faina.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se amesteca galbenusurile cu zaharul pana se topeste. Adaugati untul topit si amestecati cu un tel pana amestecul devine cremos.</p>
<p>Adaugati coaja de la o lamaie. Amestecati, apoi adaugati praful de copt si faina, nu toata odata. Framantati cu mainile.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul obtinut in doua parti egale. Infasurati-le in folie alimentara si puneti-le in frigider pana facem crema.</p>
<p>Pentru crema amestecam albusurile cu zaharul pus in ploaie. Mixam pana obtinem o spuma consistenta.</p>
<p>Adaugam iaurtul cate o lingura si mixam in continuare pana il punem pe tot. Adaugam si faina si lasam sa stea cateva minute.</p>
<p>Ungem tava cu unt si presaram faina si intintem jumatate din aluat.</p>
<p>Turnam umplutura de iaurt cu albusuri.</p>
<p>Dam pe razatoare cealalta jumatate de blat.</p>
<p>Bagam tava la cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade C pentru 35 de minute.</p>
<p>Presaram cu zahar pudra si putem sa taiem prajitura.</p>
