<p>1,5 cani de faina</p>
<p>2 mere mari</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>jumatate de lingurita bicarbonat de sodiu</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se amesteca ouale cu zaharul, se adauga untul topit caldut.</p>
<p>Taiati merele decojite in cuburi si adaugati-le in compozitie, apoi amestecati si faina.</p>
<p>Adaugati bicarbonatul de sodiu. Aluatul trebuie sa fie neted ca smantana.</p>
<p>Daca este prea diluat, mai adaugati putina faina. Se toarna aluatul intr-o forma de tort unsa cu unt. Coacem intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 180 de grade C timp de aproximativ 40 de minute.</p>
<p>O alta prajitura cu mere:</p>
<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>4-5 mere mai mari,</p>
<p>100 g de faina,</p>
<p>1 lingurita praf de copt</p>
<p>50 g zahar,</p>
<p>2 oua,</p>
<p>100 ml lapte,</p>
<p>zeama de la o lamaie,</p>
<p>1 lingurita zahar pudra,</p>
<p>un varf de sare.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Merele sunt spalate, decojite si apoi taiate in bucati mici.</p>
<p>Bateti albusurile cu zaharul, 1 lingura de suc de lamaie si un praf de sare, apoi amestecati merele.</p>
<p>Adaugati galbenusurile de ou, laptele, coaja de lamaie rasa si faina cernuta cu praful de copt.</p>
<p>Se amesteca usor, apoi se tapeteaza o forma de copt rotunda de 22-24 cm cu hartie de copt si se toarna aluatul.</p>
<p>Se coace intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 170 de grade C aproximativ 40 de minute.</p>
<p>Cand este copt, lasati sa se raceasca si apoi scoateti din forma de copt, presarati blatul cu zahar pudra si feliati.</p>
