<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Faina de grau 500 g</p>
<p>Sare 2 lingurite</p>
<p>Drojdie uscata 7 g</p>
<p>Ulei de masline 80 ml</p>
<p>Apa 250 ml</p>
<p>Rozmarin dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se amesteca faina cernuta cu drojdie uscata si sare, se toarna ulei de masline, apoi apa calda.</p>
<p>Framantati intr-un aluat elastic omogen.</p>
<p>Intindeti aluatul intr-un strat gros gros.</p>
<p>Ungeti suprafata cu ulei de masline, acoperiti-o cu folie pentru a preveni crapaturile si lasati-le la cald timp de 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Cand aluatul creste, faceti indentari cu degetele si lipiti ramurile de rozmarin in ele.</p>

<p>Presarati suprafata cu sare de mare grosiera.</p>
<p>Se coace la 200 de grade timp de 25 de minute.</p>
<p>Cand painea este gata, periati din nou suprafata cu ulei de masline.</p>
