<p>150 g nuci macinate</p>
<p>2 albusuri</p>
<p>coaja de lamaie pentru a spori aroma</p>
<p>Umplere:</p>
<p>100 g ciocolata neagra</p>
<p>40 g unt</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Taiati cubulete untul sau margarina si puneti-le intr-un castron.</p>
<p>Adaugati zahar vanilat, zahar, sare, coaja de lamaie, 2 galbenusuri, 1 ou, faina, rom.</p>
<p>Framantam aluatul pana se omogenizeaza si apoi il dam la frigider pentru o ora.</p>
<p>Din aluat formati bile mici (de marimea unei cirese) si inmuiati-le in albus, apoi acoperiti cu nuca macinata.</p>
