<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti ouale cu zaharul si coaja de lamaie, adaugati branza de vaci, untul, sare la amestec si amestecati pana la omogenizare.</p>
<p>Se toarna faina si praful de copt in amestec, se framanta intr-un aluat moale si nelipicios.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul in doua parti egale, rulati una dintre ele intr-un strat dreptunghiular de 2-3 mm grosime.</p>
<p>Amestecati gemul cu fulgi de cocos si intindem pe un strat de aluat.</p>
<p>Ungeti aluatul pe toata suprafata si rulati aluatul intr-un strat, sigiland marginile.</p>
