<p>Fursecuri &#8211; un desert usor format din doi biscuiti umpluti cu smantana. Cu toate acestea, crema ar trebui sa fie ferma, dar nu prea groasa, pentru ca biscuitii sa fie bine lipiti. Deoarece biscuitul este facut fara unt, consistenta este foarte usoara si aerisita.</p>
<p>Va recomand sa pregatiti crema cu o zi inainte. Prajiturile in miniatura arata foarte frumos pe mesele festive si sunt, de asemenea, facute rapid. Nu iti va placea doar rezultatul, ci si procesul de pregatire.</p>

<p>30 g zahar</p>
<p>20 g amidon</p>
<p>Gem de caise</p>
<p>2 pliculete de zahar vanilat</p>
<p>80 g crema de branza</p>
<p>30 ml de smantana</p>
<p>2 linguri zahar pudra</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>1. Se amesteca faina si amidonul. Separati galbenusurile de albusuri, bateti bine albusurile.</p>

<p>2. Adaugati zahar si vanilie si amestecati cu galbenusurile, bateti 1 minut.</p>
<p>Se amesteca albusurile, se adauga faina si amidon si se amesteca cu grija.</p>

<p>3. Impartiti aluatul in 2 parti, puneti-l in 2 pungi de patiserie. Se pune o punga intr-un vas de copt cu hartie de coptĀ pe rotund(5 cm in diametru). Veti obtine in total 15 inele.</p>

<p>4. Coaceti la cuptor timp de 15 minute. Coaceti a doua parte a aluatului in acelasi mod. Veti obtine in total 30 de biscuiti.</p>

<p>5. Intindeti 15 biscuiti cu gem de caise. Bateti smantana cu branza, frisca si zaharul pudra.</p>
<p>6. Umpleti biscuitii cu smantana si asezati un alt biscuite deasupra.</p>
