<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Umplutura:</p>
<p>70-100 g fructe de padure (eu am pus cirese congelate)</p>
<p>50-70 g zahar</p>
<p>1 lingura amidon sau 1 lingura gris</p>
<p>Aluat:</p>
<p>200 g faina</p>
<p>1 lingura praf de copt (7g)</p>
<p>Un praf de sare</p>
<p>Esenta de vanilie</p>
<p>1 lingura zahar</p>
<p>90 g unt</p>
<p>180 g branza de vaci</p>
<p>1 ou</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Pentru inceput, voi pregati umplutura: adaug fructe de padure congelate intr-o cratita si adaug zahar.</p>
<p>Se aduce la fierbere, pe masura ce zaharul se dizolva, se adauga amidon de porumb.</p>
<p>Puteti adauga 1 lingura gris, in produsul finit nu se va simti.</p>
<p>Se lasa sa fiarba, se fierbe aproximativ 1 minut si se ia de pe foc.</p>
<p>Daca doriti, macinati fructele de padure pana la omogenizare cu un blender de imersie.</p>
<p>Lasati umplutura sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Puteti folosi si dulceata groasa gata preparata sau dulceata.</p>
<p>Pentru aluat amestecam faina, praful de copt, un praf de sare, esenta de vanilie sau un pliculet de zahr vanilat in vasul blenderului si o lingura de zahar.</p>
<p>Adaugati unt si porniti blenderul.</p>
<p>Puteti framanta si cu mainile, tehnologia este aceeasi.</p>
<p>Turnam firimiturile intr-un castron.</p>
<p>Adaugati branza de vaci si ou in bol, macinati.</p>
<p>Combinam masele si framantam aluatul.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul in 2 parti.</p>
<p>Rulati fiecare parte intr-o clatita.</p>
<p>Aplicati umplutura, fara a ajunge la o margine de aproximativ 2 cm si apoi rulati clatita.</p>

<p>Acum, daca aveti timp, trimiteti rulourile rezultate la congelator pentru 15-20 de minute.</p>

<p>Dupa ce ati racit rulourile, veti putea taia mai uniform prajiturile.</p>

<p>Vom coace pe hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Dam la cuptorul bine incalzit la 180 de grade pentru 17-20 de minute.</p>
<p>Timpul de coacere depinde de caracteristicile cuptorului dumneavoastra.</p>
