<p>Ingrediente:</p>

<p>zahar vanilat &#8211; o lingurita;</p>
<p>praf de copt &#8211; ½ lingurita;</p>
<p>zahar pudra &#8211; lingurita;</p>
<p>sare &#8211; un praf;</p>
<p>unt &#8211; 120 g;</p>
<p>smantana &#8211; 100 g;</p>
<p>dulceata de caise.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se amesteca intr-un recipient faina cu zaharul vanilat, praful de copt, zaharul pudra si sarea.</p>
<p>Adaugati untul in faina si frecati-l in firimituri cu mainile.</p>
<p>Adaugati smantana la firimituri, amestecati si framantati intr-un aluat mediu moale.</p>
<p>Se presara masa cu faina si se intinde un strat de 2-3 mm grosime, indepartand marginile neuniforme.</p>
<p>Impartim stratul in fasii de 6 cm grosime.</p>
<p>Puneti dulceata in mijlocul fasiilor pe toata lungimea, sigilati marginile de-a lungul umpluturii.</p>

<p>Impartim rulourile cu umplutura in bucati mai scurte.</p>

<p>Coaceti la 180 de grade timp de 15 minute.</p>
<p>De asemenea, puteti face fursecuri cu alte umpluturi: diferite arome de dulceata, ciocolata etc.</p>
