<p>Zahar &#8211; 70 g</p>

<p>Praf de copt &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>Sare &#8211; un praf</p>
<p>Lapte condensat fiert (sau dulceata groasa sau pasta de ciocolata) &#8211; dupa gust pentru umlutura</p>
<p>Fulgi de nuca de cocos sau nuci maruntite pentru decor</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti untul la temperatura camerei cu zaharul si zaharul vanilat.</p>
<p>Adaugati galbenusurile de ou si bateti din nou</p>
<p>Faina cernuta se amesteca cu amidon, praf de copt, sare si se adauga in amestecul de unt. â </p>
<p>Se amesteca cu o spatula si se aduna aluatul intr-o bila.</p>
<p>Framantam putin aluatul astfel incat sa devina moale, fraged si destul de omogen.</p>
<p>Il impartim in 2 parti, infasuram fiecare parte in folie alimentara sau o punga si le trimitem la frigider pentru 1 ora (sau peste noapte).</p>
<p>Intindem aluatul ~5 mm grosime si decupam forme rotunde cu diametrul de 4-5 centimetri.</p>
<p>Pentru aceasta, puteti folosi atat decupaje speciale pentru aluat, cat si orice obiecte la indemana (de exemplu, am un capac de la o sticla de 5 litri).</p>
<p>Am decupat cercurile, iar restul de aluat l-am adunat intr-o bila si l-am intins din nou, folosind astfel tot aluatul.â </p>
<p>Transferam semifabricatele pe o foaie de copt tapetata cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Coaceti in cuptorul preincalzit la 180°C pentru ~10-15 minute, nu este nevoie sa rumeniti prajiturile deasupra!â </p>
<p>Asezati laptele condensat pe preparatul racit si uniti cele doua jumatati.â </p>
<p>Rulam partile laterale in fulgi de cocos si/sau nuci, scuturam excesul. â </p>
<p>Pofta buna!</p>
