<p>&#8211; zahar, 80 g;</p>
<p>&#8211; drojdie uscata, 10 g;</p>
<p>&#8211; ou, 1 bucata;</p>
<p>&#8211; un varf de cutit de sare;</p>
<p>&#8211; esenta de vanilie dupa gust;</p>
<p>&#8211; faina, 400 g</p>
<p>Procesul de gatit:</p>
<p>Se amesteca untul si uleiul vegetal, se incalzeste pana se omogenizeaza si se scoate de pe aragaz.</p>
<p>Se amesteca laptele fierbinte cu drojdia si zaharul, vanilia si ouale, sarea.</p>
<p>Combinati ambele mase si framantati pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Cerneti faina si adaugati portii pe aluat, framantati pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Acoperiti aluatul si lasati-l intr-un loc cald timp de 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Acoperiti tava cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul in bucati mici, rotiti fiecare bucatica, apoi faceti o gaura mica in mijloc si asezati gogoselele pe foaia de copt.</p>
<p>Punem fundul unui pahar in faina si facem din nou o gaura. Acoperiti tava de copt cu un prosop si lasati-o 20 de minute.</p>
<p>Ungem gogosile cu un ou batut.</p>
<p>Coacem la 180 de grade timp de 20 &#8211; 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Puneti orice gem sau ciocolata in gaura, mai bagati-le cateva minute la cuptor.</p>
<p>La final le puteti presara cu zahar pudra.</p>
<p>O alta reteta de gogosi:</p>
<p>INGREDIENTE</p>
<p>1 kg faina</p>
<p>1 cub drojdie proaspata</p>
<p>150 g margarina</p>
<p>250 ml apa minerala</p>
<p>250 g zahar</p>
<p>ulei pentru prajit</p>
<p>sare</p>
<p>zahar pudra amestecat cu scortisoara</p>
<p>MOD DE PREPARARE</p>
<p>1. Din cantitatea de faina se lasa deoparte circa o cana, iar restul se cerne intr-un vas. Zaharul se dizolva in apa minerala, iar drojdia cu 2 linguri de apa calduta. Se toarna apoi ambele lichide peste faina.</p>
<p>2. Se adauga margarina calda, restul fainii oprite si sarea si se framanta bine, bine pana ce se obtine un aluat omogen. Se lasa sa creasca pana isi dubleaza volumul.</p>
<p>3. Apoi, aluatul se intinde cu sucitorul, se taie rondele cu gura unui pahar si se prajesc in baie de ulei.</p>
<p>4. Se scot gogosile pe servetele de hartie si, dupa ce se racesc, se presara cu zahar pudra amestecat cu scortisoara.</p>
