<p>unt inmuiat &#8211; 50 g</p>
<p>oua &#8211; 2 buc. (1 ou intreg + 1 albus)</p>
<p>zahar vanilat &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>ulei vegetal &#8211; 1 lingura</p>
<p>Pentru umplutura cu mere:</p>
<p>mere &#8211; 700 g (4-5 buc.)</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 2 linguri</p>
<p>scortisoara macinata &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>unt &#8211; 30 g</p>
<p>Pentru ungere:</p>
<p>galbenus &#8211; 1 buc.</p>
<p>lapte &#8211; 1 lingura.</p>
<p>fulgi de migdale</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>1. Intr-un castron, combinati laptele cald, drojdia, zaharul.</p>
<p>Daca nu sunteti sigur de drojdia dvs., lasati-o sa actioneze timp de 10-15 minute intr-un recipient acoperit cu putin lapte si o lingurita de zahar.</p>
<p>Adaugati un ou, albus de ou, zahar vanilat, putina sare si amestecati totul bine.</p>
<p>2. Adaugati faina (450 g, este posibil sa aveti nevoie de mai mult), amestecati cu o lingura, adaugati mai multa faina, daca este necesar.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati unt moale, framantati aluatul.</p>
<p>Framantati aluatul timp de aproximativ 7 minute.</p>
<p>Adaugati putin ulei vegetal (1 lingura) si colectati aluatul intr-o bila, aluatul este moale, neted si elastic.</p>
<p>3. Acoperiti vasul cu folie de plastic si lasati-l cald timp de 1,5 ore, pentru a se ridica.</p>
<p>4. Umplutura.</p>
<p>Curatati merele si taiati-le in bucati mici.</p>
<p>Puneti untul, merele, zaharul intr-o tigaie preincalzita; adaugati scortisoara pentru aroma si gust.</p>
<p>Gatiti la foc mic, astfel incat merele sa devina moi, dar sa nu se transforme intr-un piure.</p>
<p>Se iau de pe foc, se transfera intr-un castron si se lasa sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>5. Taiem aluatul in bucati mici.</p>
<p>Formam bile (12 buc.).</p>
<p>6. Puneti bilele pe o foaie de copt acoperita cu hartie de copt, la o distanta de 4-5 cm una de cealalta.</p>
<p>Apasati fiecare bila cu palma.</p>
<p>Se acopera cu un prosop si se lasa inca 30 de minute.</p>
<p>7. In mijlocul fiecarei bile facem o depresiune cu ajutorul unui pahar, presaram fundul paharului cu faina.</p>
<p>Se amesteca galbenusul cu o lingura de lapte si se ung usor gogosile cu acest amestec.</p>

<p>Umpleti canelura cu umplutura, aproximativ 1 lingura fiecare.</p>
<p>Presarati deasupra cu fulgi de migdale.</p>
<p>Coacem intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 180 de grade timp de 20-25 de minute, pana se rumenesc.</p>
