<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>oua &#8211; 2 buc.;</p>
<p>sare &#8211; un praf;</p>
<p>ulei vegetal &#8211; 150 ml;</p>
<p>zahar vanilat &#8211; 10 g;</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 150 g;</p>
<p>chefir &#8211; 500 ml;</p>
<p>bicarbonat de sodiu &#8211; 1 lingurita;</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 1.200 kg.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se sparg ouale intr-un bol, se adauga sare, vanilie si zaharul clasic, se amesteca.</p>
<p>Turnati chefir si ulei vegetal in amestec si apoi bicarbonat de sodiu.</p>
<p>Se amesteca toate ingredientele pana se omogenizeaza, se toarna faina.</p>
<p>Framantati intr-un aluat moale care se lipeste usor de maini.</p>
<p>Lasati aluatul la frigider sub celofan timp de 20 de minute.</p>
<p>Apoi, intindeti o cantitate mica de aluat intr-un strat de 1 cm grosime.</p>
<p>Impartim stratul in romburi mici si facem cate o gaura in mijlocul fiecaruia.</p>
<p>Introducem un capat al formei in gaura si rasucim usor.</p>

<p>Prajiti intr-o cantitate mare de ulei vegetal fierbinte.</p>
<p>Prajiti pe ambele parti si apoi puneti-le pe un prosop de hartie.</p>
<p>Dupa ce uleiul s-a scurs, il puteti stropi cu zahar pudra.</p>
