<p>unt &#8211; 1 lingura</p>
<p>ulei &#8211; pentru prajit</p>
<p>crema de ciocolata &#8211; pentru umplere</p>
<p>zahar pudra &#8211; pentru decor</p>
<p>ciocolata topita &#8211; pentru decor</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Amestecati laptele caldut, zaharul si drojdia uscata intr-un castron.</p>
<p>Adaugati coaja de portocala rasa si oul si amestecati totul.</p>
<p>Adaugati faina si sare in bol si amestecati aluatul.</p>
<p>Apoi puneti in el untul inmuiat si faceti un aluat neted, nelipicios.</p>
<p>Acoperiti vasul si lasati aluatul sa creasca timp de o ora.</p>
<p>Puneti aluatul pe un blat , lucream putin cu mainile si apoi il rulam intr-o chifla dreptunghiulara de aproximativ 1 centimetru grosime.</p>

<p>Taiati-o in dreptunghiuri de 10&#215;5 centimetri.</p>
<p>Acoperiti-le si lasati-le sa creasca timp de 15 minute.</p>
<p>Punem suficient ulei in tigaie si prajim pe ambele parti pana devin aurii.</p>
