<p>Unt &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>Putina sare</p>
<p>Dulceata / ciocolata / budinca pentru umplutura</p>
<p>Uleu pentru prajit</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Intr-un bol, pregatim amestecul de drojdie, putin lapte, o lingura de zahar si doua linguri de faina.</p>
<p>Se amesteca totul, se acopera cu un prosop si se lasa deoparte la loc cald timp de 10 minute.</p>

<p>Puneti galbenusurile, oul, restul de lapte, zaharul, alcoolul si sarea intr-un castron mare sau intr-un robot de bucatarie.</p>
<p>Se amesteca toate impreuna.</p>
<p>Adaugati drojdia activata si amestecati din nou scurt.</p>
<p>Se adauga faina si se amesteca.</p>
<p>La final se adauga untul topit si racit.</p>

<p>Acum framantam aluatul cu mana pana se absoarbe tot untul.</p>
<p>Aluatul trebuie sa fie neted si sa se lipeasca de maini.</p>
<p>Daca este necesar, stropiti cu putina faina.</p>
<p>Se pune aluatul intr-un bol, se presara putina faina, se acopera cu un prosop si se lasa la loc caldut 45 de minute.</p>
<p>Dupa acest timp, scoateti aluatul pe blat si impartiti-l in 25 de parti egale.</p>
<p>Aplatizati usor fiecare bucata in maini, luati o lingurita de dulceata si puneti-o in mijloc, apoi formati o bila.</p>

<p>Puneti deoparte cu cusatura in jos.</p>

<p>Dupa ce formati toate gogosile, lasati-le deoparte aproximativ 10 minute.</p>
<p>Intre timp, incalziti uleiul.</p>
<p>Prajiti gogosile la foc mic pana devin aurii pe toate partile.</p>
<p>Daca vrem sa verificam daca gogosile sunt gatite in interior, putem introduce o scobitoare de lemn in centrul gogosii.</p>

<p>Daca batul este uscat fara aluat, gogosile sunt gata sa fie scoase.</p>
<p>Asezati pe prosoape de hartie.</p>
<p>Stropiti cu zahar pudra.</p>
