<p>apa plata &#8211; 300 ml + 3,5 l</p>
<p>apa minerala- 1 l</p>
<p>menta &#8211; 1 buchet</p>
<p>gheata &#8211; optional</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Pregatim mai intai siropul cu zahar.</p>
<p>Amestecam 300 ml apa cu zaharul si punem pe foc.</p>
<p>Decojiti lamaile si portocala.</p>
<p>Cojile se adauga in sirop, amestecam si lasam sa fiarba.</p>
<p>Stoarcem lamaile si portocala si adaugam zeama strecurata la siropul pe care l-am oprit dupa ce a fiert.</p>

<p>Adaugam menta taiata in bucati mari.</p>
