<p>Ingrediente pentru 12 briose:</p>
<p>4 oua</p>
<p>150 g zahar</p>
<p>60 ml lapte</p>
<p>80 ml ulei de floarea soarelui</p>
<p>100 g unt</p>
<p>200 g faina</p>
<p>10 g praf de copt</p>
<p>Un praf de sare</p>
<p>Coaja de lamaie rasa</p>
<p>Putin zahar pentru presarat</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti ouale cu zaharul pana devin spumoase.</p>
<p>In timp ce amestecati continuu, adaugati treptat urmatoarele, in ordine: coaja rasa fin de lamaie, untul topit, uleiul si laptele.</p>
<p>La final, adaugati faina cernuta amestecata cu sarea si praful de copt.</p>
<p>Bateti cu un mixer pana cand totul este omogen.</p>
<p>Porniti cuptorul sa se incalzeasca la 220 de grade.</p>
<p>Ungeti formele sau tapetati-le cu forme de hartie.</p>
<p>Umpleti formele cu amestecul.</p>

<p>Presarati zahar deasupra si coaceti in cuptorul incins timp de 15 minute.</p>
