<p>zahar &#8211; 40 g</p>
<p>amidon &#8211; 20 g</p>
<p>galbenus &#8211; 1 buc</p>
<p>lapte &#8211; 250 g</p>
<p>zahar vanilat &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>zahar pudra &#8211; la nevoie</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Pregatiti un castron mare si puneti in el lapte, zahar, drojdie uscata si amestecati bine.</p>
<p>Adaugati untul topit, uleiul si continuati sa amestecati.</p>
<p>La final adaugam albusul, sarea si faina.</p>
<p>Amesteca din nou cu o spatula si apoi incearcati sa modelati aluatul intr-o bila.</p>
<p>Se acopera apoi cu folie alimentara si se lasa la crescut la loc caldut aproximativ 1 ora.</p>
<p>In timp ce aluatul va creste, puteti pregati o crema moale.</p>
<p>Puneti zaharul, amidonul de porumb in oala si amestecati bine cu o spatula.</p>
<p>Se adauga apoi galbenusul, laptele si zaharul vanilat.</p>
<p>Punem oala pe foc si amestecam continuu pana se ingroasa crema.</p>
<p>Apoi puneti crema intr-un bol mai mic si acoperiti-o cu folie alimentara.</p>
<p>Lasati crema preparata in acest fel sa se raceasca complet.</p>
<p>Sa revenim la aluat.</p>
<p>Stropiti suprafata de lucru cu faina si transferati aluatul din acesta in bol.</p>
<p>Intindeti-l intr-o farfurie patrata subtire.</p>
<p>Taiati aluatul cu un cutit in aceleasi fasii.</p>
<p>Luati benzile individuale si rasuciti-le pentru a crea un melc de marime medie.</p>
<p>Tapetati tava de copt si intindeti pe ea melcii.</p>
<p>Nu uitati sa lasati putin spatiu intre ele si sa le lasati sa se odihneasca 10-15 minute.</p>
<p>Bateti galbenusul de ou cu laptele intr-un castron mic si intindeti melcii pe acest amestec.</p>
<p>Puneti crema pregatita intr-o punga de patiserie si aplicati-o pe melci in spirala.</p>
<p>Se da la cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade si se coace 25 de minute.</p>
<p>Scoateti melcii din cuptor si lasati-i sa se raceasca complet.</p>
<p>Apoi ii puteti stropi cu zahar pudra.</p>
<p>Sa aveti pofta!</p>
