<p>8 grame de zahar vanilat (echivalent cu 1 lingura)</p>
<p>2 linguri de ulei</p>
<p>125 g iaurt solid sau smantana</p>
<p>80 ml lapte</p>
<p>180 g faina</p>
<p>10 grame de praf de copt (2 lingurite)</p>
<p>zahar pudra pentru decor.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Intr-un castron mare, bateti 1 ou, 3 linguri de zahar, 8 g de zahar vanilat si 2 linguri de ulei pana se amesteca bine.</p>
<p>Amestecati 125 g de iaurt solid sau smantana si 80 ml de lapte in amestecul de oua.</p>
<p>Se amesteca pana cand textura este neteda.</p>
<p>Se amesteca ingredientele uscate cernand 180 g de faina si 10 g de praf de copt.</p>
<p>Adaugati incet ingredientele uscate cernute la amestecul lichid, amestecand pana cand se obtine o consistenta neteda, fara cocoloase.</p>
<p>Aluatul rezultat trebuie sa fie mai gros decat aluatul obisnuit de clatite.</p>
<p>Incepeti prin a incalzi o tigaie la foc mediu si adaugati o cantitate mica de ulei pentru prajit.</p>
<p>Pentru a face mini clatite, folositi o lingura sau o punga de patiserie pentru a pune portii mici din aluat in tigaia preincalzita.</p>
<p>Lasati-le sa se gateasca pana cand apar bule la suprafata, apoi rasturnati-le si gatiti cealalta parte pana se rumenesc.</p>
<p>Fiecare parte va dura aproximativ 1-2 minute.</p>

<p>Daca doriti, stropiti mini clatitele coapte cu zahar pudra.</p>
