<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Laptele cald trebuie combinat cu drojdia, zaharul si sare, amestecati bine.</p>
<p>In timp ce drojdia reactioneaza, se topeste untul.</p>
<p>Dupa ce drojdia s-a dizolvat in lapte, se toarna acolo untul, se cerne faina.</p>
<p>Se framanta cu mana aluatul elastic si flexibil.</p>
<p>Lasati aluatul acoperit intr-un loc cald pentru aproximativ 40 de minute.</p>
<p>In acest moment, tocati marunt varza, dati morcovii pe razatoarea medie, taiati ceapa intr-un sfert de inel.</p>
<p>Intr-o tigaie in ulei vegetal, prajiti ceapa pana se rumeneste.</p>
<p>Punem morcovii la ceapa si ii calim.</p>
<p>Nu uitati sa adaugati condimente si sare dupa gust.</p>
<p>Punem varza peste legumele prajite, asteptam pana cand varza alba devine mai moale.</p>
<p>Deocamdata, taiati carnea in cuburi mici, amestecati smantana cu ouale intr-un castron separat.</p>
<p>Framantam aluatul, il impartim in 12 bile identice, pe care le transformam in placinte mici.</p>
<p>Facem partile laterale ale pizzei putin mai sus decat baza principala.</p>
<p>Ungeti suprafata prajiturilor cu ketchup, intindeti uniform legumele prajite pe fund.</p>
<p>Puneti carnea, acoperiti cu ou si sos de smantana.</p>
