<p>Chifelel sunt prfecte: moi, pufoase si delicioase. Iata cat de usor de pregatesc:</p>
<p>Ingrediente (pentru 12 chifle):</p>
<p>-2 oua;</p>
<p>-60 g zahar;</p>
<p>-250 g branza;</p>
<p>-250 g faina;</p>
<p>-2 linguri ulei;</p>
<p>-un pliculet zahar vanilat;</p>
<p>-un varf de sare;</p>
<p>-7 g praf de copt;</p>
<p>-zahar pudra pentru decor- optional.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Puneti ouale intr-un castron si amestecati-le cu zaharul folosind un tel de mana.</p>
<p>Adaugati branza zdrobita cu o furculita.</p>
<p>Adaugati uleiul si amestecati. Adaugati faina amestecata cu praful de copt si incepeti sa framantati cu mainile.</p>
<p>Intindeti aluatul intr-un fel de strudel si taiati-l in 12 parti.</p>

<p>Puenti bilele in tava, pe o hartie de copt si, daca doriti, ungeti chiflele cu galbenus de ou.</p>

<p>Se coc la 180 de grade C timp de 20-25 de minute.</p>
