<p>Cartofii Èi carnea tocată sunt o combinaÈie de ingrediente câÈtigătoare în ceea ce priveÈte experimentele culinare. ObÈineÈi un fel de mâncare fierbinte, pe care oricine o va dori fără excepÈie.</p>

<p>Ingrediente</p>
<p>-700 gr cartofi<br />
-500 gr ciuperci<br />
-600 gr carne tocata de vita</p>
<p>-2 oua<br />
-70 ml lapte<br />
-2 cepe<br />
-100 gr branza<br />
-1 morcov</p>
<p>-1/2 lingurita usturoi tocat<br />
-3-4 linguri ulei<br />
-sare si piper dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare</p>
<p>Curatam o ceapa si o tocam cubulete. O calim pana devine aurie. Adaugati ciupercile taiate, morcovul taiat marunt sau dat pe razatoare si gatitile pana cand se evapora tot lichidul, amestecand ocazional. Adaugati sare si piper dupa gust. Carnea tocata se pune intr-un bol si condimentati-o dupa gust cu sare si piper. Se adauga o ceapa taiata cubulete si un ou. Se amesteca bine.</p>
<p>Cartofii fierti in prealabil se paseaza. Se adauga laptele si oul ramas. Se amesteca bine.</p>
<p>Ungeti vasul de coacere cu ulei. Puneti umplutura pe fundul vasului, distribuind-o uniform. Puneti ciupercile deasupra, dupa care branza. Intindeti jumatate din cantitatea de piure peste branza. Restul de piure puneti-l intr-un posh de patisserie si decorati.</p>

<p>Coaceti la 180 de grade timp de 60 de minute. Daca crusta de cartofi incepe sa se arda, acoperiti partea superioara cu folie de aluminiu.</p>
